Blue Train, Cape Town & Safari Special Suggested Itinerary (may be done from Pretoria to Cape Town)
Day 1 - Day 3:
On arrival in Cape Town, make your way to the beautiful suburb of Constantia.
3 nights at The Constantia.
The Constantia is in a most exclusive area just one minutes drive from the chic Constantia Mall’s fashionable shops and restaurants. An easy approach to freeways gives guests superb access to all the Cape’s scenic delights, from Simonstown and the False Bay beaches to the City Centre, Waterfront and beyond. Golf lovers will be spoilt for choice with championship golf courses situated a stone’s throw away.
Seven luxurious and stylishly appointed suites offer unconventionally spacious accommodation, extraordinary comfort and open onto private patios leading to the garden and pool. Early morning transfer from The Constantia to Blue Train (included).

10:30 – 12:30 First sitting for Brunch

14:35 – 15:15 The Blue Train arrives at Matjiesfontein for a 45 minute off-the-train excursion.
On arrival at Matjiesfontein guests are invited for a glass of sherry at the bar. The sherry glass engraved with The Blue Train logo is a memento for guests to keep. The Victoria buildings and original nineteenth century London lampposts impart to the traveller, the uncanny sense of entering a colonial time warp – an oasis suspended in a different age.
15:20 The Blue Train departs for its northbound journey to Pretoria.
