Sabie River White Water Rafting (Half Day Tour)

This river rafting experience along the scenic Sabie River is suitable for anyone from 10 years old. The Sabie River is one of the cleanest river systems in the country and has a diverse fish population and prolific birdlife.  The journey takes you through dense wooded vegetation and small rapids.

Abseiling (Half Day Tour)
The abseil takes place from a 27-metre high granite outcrop that offers spectacular views across the Sabie River, the Kruger National Park and the Lowveld.  This makes “going over the edge” a breathtaking experience.

Quad Bike Trails (1 hour trails)
A variety of exciting trails are offered in the scenic riverine forests of the Sabie River Valley.  Experienced guides accompany you on each trip. 250cc Quad bikes are used on all trails.  One can ride solo or with another person on the same bike.  Safety equipment is supplied.

Balloon Safaris (Half Day Tour)
Ballooning over the Sabie River Valley is a unique experience. Rising before sun up, you travel to the launch site and assist in rigging the balloon prior to launch. Morning tea is served, and then it’s up and away over some of South Africa’s finest ballooning terrain. The duration of the flight is normally one hour but the entire experience, including breakfast at one of the local lodges lasts about 4 hours. Please note: Balloon Safaris can only take place when the weather is suitable)

Horse Trails (1 hour)
Enjoy the thrill of riding well-trained, home-bred polo ponies through the scenic splendour of the 2000 hectare Sandford Conservancy / Game Park. The 1 hour outride is suitable for beginners through to advanced riders whom will all enjoy a peaceful ramble in spectacular scenery.
